Stupid rule/policy/people

Ever since I bought the Madden 25/College Football 25 I have had to physically sign into my ea account every single time I load the game up, because an old email i have zero access to is still linked...

Hi there. You need to update the email on your EA account. An advisor should be able to help with this. Please open a case by following the instructions here.

    Except I can't access the old ea account because I don't have access to the old email.

      I understand that. An advisor can update the email for you so long as you can verify you own the account.
