Superstar Mode isn’t working - 20 Leagues

Can’t access “The League” feature of Superstar Mode. Keep getting a warning about already being the commissioner of 20+ leagues, when this is the only league I play & don’t use any other modes. Serve...

Trying to create a new league but keep receiving a warning "you are already the commissioner of 20 leagues" when there's no save files for leagues
