Hey,

The Madden team resolved the issue where players were not able to connect to H2H mode, but they have since resolved that issue. They are still looking into the issue where players have not received their season rewards. You can see their update on the MaddenNFLDirect Channel

What is going on with Online h2h? Only option available is play a friend. Need answers asap.
