    Sorry about that. Try power cycling your modem/router and restart your PC. Load back into Madden 25 and try again.

      @EA_Aljo I have tried that. I can launch madden . it will just not connect to the ea servers to play any of the features online.

        @FrostxBoss88 

        As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot and see if it connects? That will help narrow down where the problem is.
