As a test, can you switch your connection to use a mobile hotspot and see if it connects? That will help narrow down where the problem is.

Do you have a mobile device that you can create a mobile hotspot on? That's what I'd like you to switch your connection to for this test.

Unfortunately, I don't have anything else to suggest. Please open a case with an advisor here so they can assist.

I have done all of the trouble shooting steps and still nothing. On NCAA I can keep trying and it will eventually work.  On Madden it hasn't worked in 4 days. 

yea no help from them they told me to come here and post. so the good oh pointing fingers at each other
