@EA_Aljo i unfortunately do not have wifi I am only directly connected to the router there is no other option. I do not have any issues with any game besides madden

Do you have a mobile device that you can create a mobile hotspot on? That's what I'd like you to switch your connection to for this test.

@EA_Aljo I do not have wifi support on my pc it is only from the Ethernet no wifi card at all

I have done all of the trouble shooting steps and still nothing. On NCAA I can keep trying and it will eventually work. On Madden it hasn't worked in 4 days.

yea no help from them they told me to come here and post. so the good oh pointing fingers at each other
