@EA_Aljo I do not have wifi support on my pc it is only from the Ethernet no wifi card at all

    @EA_Aljo I have tried all of those connection issues and not one of them has solved anything

    I have done all of the trouble shooting steps and still nothing. On NCAA I can keep trying and it will eventually work.  On Madden it hasn't worked in 4 days.
