Yall need an actual customer support but im missing packs from the team pass and im missing some other rewards from the team pass as well

I'm having the same issue. EA Help can see I've opened packs, and then act like it's fixed. I just earned 3 in solo battles. They weren't at all Team Pass. I'm about to finish it, & have not gotten any of the midfield packs at all. On PS5. On PS4 I've had various issues, but let it go. The PS5 issues started with season 7, same with PS4. I deleted & re-installed, done everything & still missing things I paid for. I don't have free version of Team Pass.
How u change the title but won’t fix the problem
