Just purchased a Fan Appreciation Variety Pack with 120,000 training points and I didn’t receive a single thing mentioned in the pack. I only received a rare strategy item. Please reimburse the training points or provide me with the Correct Fan Appreciation Variety Pack please
You're not guaranteed a player...the options are Platinums, 90-99 players, FA LTDs, OR Strategy Items. The odds are TERRIBLE on these, as I opened hundreds throughout the promo and never saw a single player that wasn't Platinum. I think they might have been broken, as I never saw a pack with an actual player in it, but in July no one is going to care or fix it. EA wins again!!
Did you get a response regarding your purchases? I haven't yet, and tonight the same thing: Strategy and no players.
I'm facing the same issues here. I spent 240K in training points, only to receive nothing but strategy, and I'm trying to figure out how to get my coins back or receive credit for these two worthless strategies.
I had the same issue. It only gave me a strategy item. Sold my LTD Maxx Crosby too for the training points unfortunately.
