Twitch drops redeemed on the wrong platform

I submitted this to an EA support chat and was unable to receive any help for this issue. To say that I am livid is an understatement. I have spent 6 months playing this game and occasionally spent money on packs and premium field passes. There has to be someone at EA who understands this situation and is able to help me. 

Due to the PlayStation Network being down, I downloaded Madden 25 on my PC to play, thinking that my EA account would have all of my Ultimate Team stuff, considering that it is 2025 and just about every game on earth is cross-progression (Including other EA titles). When I logged into Ultimate Team I was granted my Twitch Pack, my 94 Darrynton Evans and my 92+ BND Super Bowl player, however, all of my coins, points and player items are not there. Is there any way to either transfer the Twitch drops I earned back over to my PlayStation account, or merge my accounts so I can play on PC? I can provide evidence of earning the drops on Twitch if I have to or any other type of evidence to support my case. Thank you.
