Hi... My gamertag is MMC0767.. I haven't been able to use Sets for about 3 weeks. I have an XBOX series X and I'm on the Madden 25 Deluxe edition. Is this something you can fix or direct me to the correct team?

I guess that EA just lost a customer. It has been 2 months. I opened a ticket with them in September and was told it was a bug. I see alot of users posting this but there is no fix. Last year I spent well over $1K buying packs throughout the Madden 24 season. This year I only bought 1. Can't use Sets which means I can't build my ultimate team.
Guess I'll use this money I'm saving for investing in VR options instead.
Definitely was not handled well, and the lack of communication is the REAL issue here. I am of the same mindset, spend money on packs, cant use an important feature of the game since September and just ah well, I guess. No updates, no fix, and no make right.
well i sold my entire team i have 22 mil in coins i also have ps5 just move all my content to my ps5 since y'all obiviously can fix the issue or refund all my money that i spent up to now let me be on my way
I definitely understand. I've definitely spent a much if not more last year and so far spent more than last year because I can't build thru sets. Tons of Legend, AKA, TOTW & TOTY, Even Season Tokens are all useless. I'm extremely frustrated, disappointed with the Game this year as well as Gameplay. Phantom pitches backwards while running. It's Ridiculous
