Withheld Animal Xbox
Hey, folks
Quick one for you!
When you are trying to do sets now, is it specific ones causing issues, or any?
Being dashboarded is a hard one from a CM standpoint so we are trying to test it before we message the team.
Please let us know which specific sets are causing an issue. Any screenshots of those sets would be awesome too!

i'm not able to access any set when i try to push A on the tab that says sets i'm automatically kicked out of mut entirely

It wont allow me to do anything, if I click sets tab, it boots me out UT and to home scrreen "our servers cannot process your request, try again." So its sets in general not one specifically.

I cannot access sets at all.
When I click on sets, it sends me back to the main menu and says "Our servers cannot process your request at this time"
When I try to add a card to a set, it sends me back to the main menu and says "Our servers cannot process your request at this time"

its been 3 months!!!!

Hey, Folks
The team is still looking into the sets.
As for the errors, most of you are getting that you get disconnected or you cannot connect to the servers, that is being reviewed as well.
Once there is an update, we will post it here.
We also advise players to keep an eye out on the Madden NFL X page for updates. They are pushing them pretty regularly.

Definitely feel as though I and most of us have been patient on this. Double checked, and certainly can buy points and packs though. Feels like this should be an easy fix but just low on the list of things to do. Is there a way to escalate this? As a loyal fan of the brand (Madden) for over 30 years, yes, you read that right, this feels like a smack in the face. Not the issue itself, the way it is being addressed/corrected. Thanks!
