Unlink XBOX account from an old EA account which I can't access the email.

When I was 13 I had an EA account linked to an old email I used to have when I was a kid on TWCNY email, but that email address has been  discontinued for years now (TIme Warner was bought out). I can login to the account because I remember the information, I just can't confirm anything in that old email. So then I can't unlink my XBOX account to the old email address onto the one I have now. I have been playing Madden for many years now and I can't get all my rewards because of this issue. I could really use some help.
