why is madden 25 current load then kick me out

I log onto madden 25 and when i make it to the screen of where the bar has to reach the end with cmc on the right, the game just crashes and takes me to my home screen on xbox. this is only happening...

Hey @BurntBiscuit80 

Can we try the following steps to see if this changes?

  1. Make sure you have the latest software update.
  2. Perform a power cycle.
  3. Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
  4. Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
  5. Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.

If this continues, could we get the following information? 

 

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • Which platform are you on?
  • Are you getting an error message?
  • Does this only happen in one game mode?
  • Please share any steps you've tried so far to resolve the issue:
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
