Wrong Season 7 Ranked H2H Reward

I spent many hours grinding Season 7 ranked h2h just to make it to the Top 100 and for them to send me the wrong reward. I was supposed to receive Minkah Fitzpatrick Top 100 but instead I received Champion lll Kyle Van Noy. I have all the proof (Video record and picture) of my RP which will show that I exceeded the RP for Top 100. How can this be rectified?

Yeah that sucks man. I also received the wrong reward. I wanted the Ricky Pearsall card (ELITE Version) and ended up getting his HERO version. I've spoken the their live that and have a pending case. Apparently they're supposed to reach out to me with a solution. I'm not sure how confident I am I'll get the player that I earned over 2 weeks ago.
