[Xbox] Old Gen Madden 25 kicking to dashboard

I cant unlink my account, because I tried unlinking and linking again to see if it worked before I found this forum... Its on EAs hands now for me😩

Wanted to drop in and see if y'all were still crashing or being kicked on Xbox (old-gen).

If so, and you have run through the steps that have been posted on here, I would like to snag the following info from you! 

Please be as detailed as you can on this one. Specifically in the mode, menu, where and when it crashes, etc. We want to provide the team with as much info as we can!

• Which console generation do you have? 
• What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? 
• Date/time issue occurred 
• What type of issue do you have? 
• Which mode has this happened in? 
• Which part of the mode? 
• Summarize your bug 
• How often does the bug occur? 
• Peripherals used for the game:
• Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 
• What happens when the bug occurs?

• Platform: Xbox One
• Which console generation do you have? Old Geb
• What is your Gamertag/PSN ID? QEM x Grulli
• Date/time issue occurred every day since launch
• What type of issue do you have? Game crash and boots me back to xbox main menu
• Which mode has this happened in? As soon as the main menu open
• Which part of the mode? 
• Summarize your bug 
• How often does the bug occur? Every time
• Peripherals used for the game: xbox controller
• Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game on xbox one
• What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes out and closes

My Xbox one copy of this game is still crashing on Xbox series X console and the old Xbox one S console. I have tried all the steps possible. It crashes when I sign into my EA account. If I log in offline the game will work. 

My Xbox gamertag is LEGENDKiLLa20

every time I try to enter any game mode the screen goes black and I get kicked to the Xbox dashboard. 
its 8-21-24 and I have been trying to get into the game since last Monday. 
I can enter franchise and play now when I disconnect from the internet. I have tried multiple WiFi connections and still the same thing happens. 

You ever get this figured out? I’m having the same issue. They said “working “ on it but it’s been over a week..

did you try linking new EA account to your gamertag ?
