3243 rank points and didn’t get top 100 rewards

I had 3243 ranking points in 75 games played and it would not put me in the top 100 league and i did not get rewards. I would also like to point out that there was a player with the exact same amount of games played and a player with double my games played and they both got top 100 rewards w the same amount of ranking points.
