I completed and earned all 3 alumni players from College football 25 but I only received 2 in Madden 25. How do I get the third one for my 85 OVR card?

EDIT - The Alumni players are being released in waves so if you are missing one or more, please allow more time for the players to be distributed.

I received my UA at long last but never got my XP token. At this point, I completed the season, but it's frustrating that they claim everything was completely handled when it certainly wasn't.
There is no resolution at this point. Hopefully there's a server side issue and yours show up. We are missing our XP token still, but the UA cards finally came through.
I noticed CFB 25 changed thier rewards from saying 3 UA player to 2 UA players....
Just spoke to support and they asked me to make a discussion only received 2/3 for my alumni players so I’m missing one to complete my set :/ and still missing XP token.
