Auction Cards disappear without getting credit (not on team)

@WEISPGH With packs and players, if you have logged out and back in and they arent there, check the companion app and see if they show up.

If they do not when you log back into the game, you will need to set up a case on Help.ea.com. They will need to check the logs and see what happened with the packs and players.

@EA_Shepard They are not there in either place. Plus I have an unopened pack since saturday and when I go in there are not unopened packs. Gettinjg frustrated.
