Can’t redeem 85 OVR BND MVP Champion

I received all three college football MUT TIP cards, but only two are showing up in Madden Ultimate Team, so I cannot collect my 85 ovr BND champion card.

I am having the same problem. I double checked on College Football and I completed what I needed to do. When I go into MUT on Madden 25 it won’t let me complete the set 

I collected all 3 of the Ultimate alumni madden tips in college football, and it didn’t give me players just tips saying I received a player. And I can’t claim the 85 mvp pack in madden

I also haven’t received my 85 overall player after completing the pre-requisites in NCAA. Photo attached. I sold my Tips , but the photos prove I received enough stars. 

I completed all of the Alumni challenges and haven’t received any of my Elite player rewards along with being unable to receive my 85 MVP pack 

What do we have to do EA? We spent so much money on the double game combo and the least ya'll really hurting me with this one. We put our time, effort, and money into the game. All we wanted was an enjoyable experience. Please fix this. That's all we're asking for. We met you'll more than half way by purchasing the game. Also, please be prompt in your response because cards aren't useful forever.  Thank You
