Can Anyone Actually Do Anything??

I messaged on here quite a while ago as I had received an Auction House ban on 19th March 2025 simply for purchasing points and buying packs. I wanted to try and sell the cards I bought to raise coins to buy the cards, mostly 49ers cards, that I wanted. This was the sole purpose of buying the points.
I have asked on here before and been advised to talk to an EA Advisor or submit further disputes. The EA Advisor told me that they couldn't do anything and I should submit a dispute. I have submitted several, increasingly annoyingly worded disputes and received nothing back other than the initial 'thanks, we'll be in touch' emails. The ban is still in place and I lost interest in the game weeks ago due to just repeating the same old daily challenges and not being able to buy or sell any cards for almost 17 weeks, which is the only reason I paid the money.
I am now beyond wanting access to the Auction House, as the game is now dead and gone. I am wanting a refund as the very thing I wanted to spend the money for was taken away from me and not returned.
I find the level of customer service and lack of response I have had to my numerous disputes, for the exact same reason, extremely disappointing and frustrating.
Can anyone please tell me what I have to do to talk to someone who can actually do something to help me out? Preferably with a refund. Not an EA Advisor who will likely just say they can't help.
