Can I recover a Quicksell item?
I made a mistake and quick sold my Ultimate Alumni Season XP MUT Tip in Madden NFL 25 Ultimate Team on my PS5
Hey @LilWild504 Once an item is sold we cannot reverse in-game decisions.

@EA_Illium is there any acknowledgment from EA this is a problem you’re working to solve? The purpose of pre-release (beta) is to get feedback and find what’s working and not. Here in this case we’re giving you direct feedback that MANY members were impacted and did not receive their 61500 XP. If we had this issue many others will on Friday too.

The silence and meaningful help is deafening! Between this and the Ultimate Alumni debacle I'd rate this pre-release as a complete and total failure on the Madden 25 team. I'm frustrated that I spent $150 on the MVP Bundle and they've not delivered on the items in the deal. Sucks and really disappointed. I'm hoping they resolve this for everyone and make us whole for all of our time, effort and frustrations.
- @LAFCandBVB That doesn't matter I didn't quicksell mine in CUT and I still don't have it in MUT, it's still sitting in my inventory collecting dust and there nothing I can do about it, I guess they're hoping people will quicksell them so they can say "well you quicksold it".
You're right. There are also people who quicksold theirs and still got all the items. With the new Ultimate Alumni challenges today, I figured maybe I could finally use the fix that has worked for people (do some challenges then return to Madden). Didn't help. I have all three Madden UA Tips in my Madden inventory but no options for the cards themselves. I'm not sure if they're straight rewards or individual set exchanges either.
So are we just expected to chock this up as an L on us and accept the fact that we’re not going to be made whole here? Asking for a friend ….. 😩
Literally can't play H2H w/o going up against a full team of 86's anyway. Just go ahead and keep me behind 👍
Bump. Where are the S1 XP tokens for those us that earned them in CFB?
@EA_Illium Yeah, but here's the problem... a tip that provides 61,500 XP should never be quicksellable. So this is NOT an acceptable answer to the question. Do better. Make this right. I have seen makerights been given out for similar things in the past, when things like this have happened.
