Motion Player/Movement Marker in MUT H2H?

In pc challenges on mut, anyone know the little green arrow in the circle? Is there any way to get that in online h2h? I stink at this and cannot figure out how to move my players without it... anyone know if there is a way to make this happen? (I know that you can move players with arrow keys, but mouse movement would be so much easier if i had the little arrow)
