Can I recover a Quicksell item?

I didnt get my Ultimate Alumni Season XP MUT Tip token at all. Hopefully this gets fixed.

Hey @EA_Illiu you saying there is nothing that can be done is not correct. A few things to consider.  

1st. How many "tip" items are ever needed and are quick sold?  Everytime is my thought.

2nd. If any item is needed for another program or in this case another game why is that item tagged as unsellable?

3rd. I also sold my card in CUT not in MUT, my MUT card from the mentioned promo is not in my MUT inventory.

4th. The fact that I and every other player that made it to level 20 in the CUT field pass earned the pack, should be all that's needed to secure the item in MUT.

Lastly, when will the Ultimate Alumni players and the Rookie Premiere players be making their way into MUT? I've earned them in CUT and MUT24 respectably? 

If here is not the place to get these items fixed for all players then do I go to EA help?

I did the customer service chat with these same issues. They referred me here. 

This is ridiculous.  Why is that the one TIP coin that actually has value attached and is somehow still quick sellable?

The tip card only said that we needed to have the same account to receive the award.  It did NOT say we needed to retain the card itself.  Just another screwup that EA won't actually take responsibility for.

Same here. Absolutely ridiculous that I can’t use the auction house and lose 10 levels of field pass XP after being level 45 in CFB25.

Why would EA ever make a tip card sellable if it’s for a set that provides so much XP? It’s mind blowing. What a gut punch. I assumed the tips at the beginning of MUT 25 would be nothing as it always talked about your accounts being linked so there was no need to worry. Now I’m 10 levels behind everyone else after all of that time plus preordering both. 

EA needs to fix this. These types of sets should be applied to your EA account. That way we don’t have to worry about what can be quicksold and what can’t. As a game developer, you should NEVER make an item that gives you so much XP sellable. 

I’ve been loving the game and this really made me regret so much. Always something with EA. I just don’t get it. 

*Again…The TIP card told us right on it that we didn’t need the tip card itself. Why wouldn’t we quicksell it since binders become a mess? This is nuts. 

I didn’t sell any and still didn’t get my bro I think it’s a bug honestly thousands of ppl had the same thing happen i don’t think the tips matter
