Cannot Connect To Servers Accessing Lineup

KyleRichie23 From what we can see it isnt account related it is due to certain versions of player cards you have in your lineup. For example the Genki players are causing issue right now.

Since you cannot change your lineup on the companion app the team is looking for a way to get this resolved. 

What you would have to do is (if you can) manually swap player positions with any Genki versions, or Zero Chill versions etc.

Try to generate a best lineup with only basic players to test it out.

Swapped out all my players even on empty lineup when you manually fill it out the error code pops up 

Tried making changes on companion app and that app is crashing out every time I try to sign in.

I had the same problem. Remove all upgrades from everyone in your lineup. Make sure no one has abilities. Then exit the mode. And log back in and try it. It should work. 

KEVP96 The companion app itself is crashing on you when you try to make changes? Have you seen anyone else mention that or anyone you know having the same issue crash that way too?

Yeah I’ve tried even redoing my lineup from scratch and I still keep getting the error code message. It’s been going on for a while as well. I’m on xbox1 GT: BakeAndJake

BakeAndJake Are you able to connect your Xbox to a VPN or even a hot spot from a mobile device? I want to see if an entirely different connection triggers your connection to get in?
