I've pre-ordered the game and since then I haven't been able to play MUT at all. I keep getting an error saying that the servers can't process this right now. Please try again later. It's been two weeks now and I still can't play the mode.

Hi there, @Zockman176 If you're able to load in to MUT, try creating a new lineup. Don't just edit the one you have. Complete a new lineup and switch to that. You can use the same players. They just need to be in a different lineup. Try that and let me know what happens.

I am able to load it up, but I can't play. I have created a new line up like 8 times already. I can play on an Alt account so I think my ea account is bugged

Just to be sure, you didn't edit your current lineup. You created a new one? If that's true, when exactly are you getting the error? Also, what system are you playing on?

@EA_Aljo Yes, I created new ones and also renamed them. I also went through and hand selected players for one of those I created and it still didn't work. I am getting the error when I load into any single player game. I also can't play face of franchise or any single player mode. I can only play play now. I am on PlayStation 4

Specifically, this is happening when loading into any single player game with MUT?

Try deleting the personal saved data for Madden 25. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate Madden 25 and delete the saved data.

Also, you can try rebuilding the database with the steps here under PS4 Safe Mode options.
