Claiming Golden Ticket

Hi all, hoping to find some help here. My son pulled a Golden Ticket and we are trying to get to claim it and build out the card for everyone. We haven' heard from EA yet, and can't seem to find a way to get help. The EA help case just said to wait for an email, but that hasn't come and it's been since April 9. Any tips or way to get in touch with the MUT team?? Thanks!
