completed nfl honors set for barkelys card and got nothing.

 so I wanted to get the saquan barkely nfl honor set the 96 ovr one, and to complete the set you need 3 93-94 ovr players from nfl honors, and 2 93-94 regualr players. I bought 3 of them being nfl honors related, two josh allens and one jaydne daniles. then i bought the regular 2 93-94 being raccad white and ronde barber. anyways, i buy those cards with my coin and I buy the set and in the little reward screen my reward where it usuallyt shows the pack or card was invisible, but i didnt think anything of it cuz sometimes it does that because it takes a while to load. so i just pressed y on my controller to skip and when i went to check to see if I had a pack and I also checked my items, i had nothing. no saquan in my items binder and no nfl honors pack in where your packs are to open them. I checked to see if I really completed the set so i checked the plyaers i bought and they were gone too, meaning I did complete the set but I got nothing. Its been almost 24 hours now and i still do not have anything.  if anyonne could help i would apprecaite it.
