Did not receive game time welcome pack, Missing Players

I’m running into two major issues right now: my game time welcome pack never showed up, and when I opened packs, the players I got (87 OVR DJ Reader being one I remember) straight up vanished. Has anyone else experienced this, or is there a fix?
