Didn't get playoff upgradable player

- @GrittsDaddy Wont let me progress on playoffs upgradeable player for wild card week. It let me for the divisional tho. I only received Nate Wiggins one playoff upgradable player and logged in every day of promo.
I'm missing the upgradable player for this too is reason I'm responding. Idk how we are supposed to get it since it wasn't granted through the game like everyone who received the cards?
@TreyDogg22there was only 1 welcome pack, for one player to select. you chose Wiggins, thats it.
