to be honest with you bro, i have made 3 separate forum posts and haven't gotten a single response from a manger or mod or anything... i have spoken to 3 different live agents as well who all redirected me to making either a forum post, or emailing the support team, they say it takes time... i sent an email and made a 3rd case and i haven't gotten a response back from them still. My case status says "In progress". I hope I can get it resolved asap. I sent in like proof of purchase and all the stuff they asked me to send in the automated response they gave me via email. I'd recommend making a case and sending an email and replying to the email with the stuff they ask you to send over.
But it seems like it's going to take a long time to fix? not sure why but it does... I just hope it gets fixed sooner rather than later especially seeing as it is affecting other people too.
