Missing Ranked Rewards

Here we are coming up on 2 weeks past the release of the mut ranked rewards. Working our way to receive some of the highest rewards yet I have yet to receive them. I have posted many discussions trying to find an answer but yet none is provided. This is insane, we all grinded and followed the rules and yet EA finds a way to screw the common man. You are avoiding any discussion and yet to provide us with any update. What are we going to do other than tell us we are looking into it?
