I have not received EA Play Monthly Rewards for Madden 25. I submitted several claims for the months I am missing with proof of purchase for each month verifying that I have a current EA Play subscription. I also provide a screenshot of my EA that shows I have a subscription. I finally received my first EA Play Reward for CFB 25 (blue pack). I received this reward in January but its the reward from December.Why is cant EA Help verify valid accounts with information available in EA systems? Submitting current screenshots from my phone with my EAid and desktop screenshots and EA Help continues to ask for the same information over and over. Can this forum help?

I haven't received anything since madden 24! Nothing for college or madden 25! I also have the ea script. I drop around 30 to 40 bucks every week. Would be nice to get some freebies now and then.

So strange! I don't understand... i have now chatted with multiple live agents, sent an email, and made multiple forum posts... I really hope to get this resolved.

Same issue and I really hoped EA would have sorted this out by now hence why I had been waiting patiently. Is there a quick way to get this resolved that someone who has successfully complained can give some advice on? Or is there a helpful Community Manager?

same yesterday i got a random ea play reward pack. but didnt get my makeright or my black history month pack... i pay alot of money on madden every year but still dont even get the stuff im owed, like rookie prem it took me **bleep** near half the football season to get it.

to be honest with you bro, i have made 3 separate forum posts and haven't gotten a single response from a manger or mod or anything... i have spoken to 3 different live agents as well who all redirected me to making either a forum post, or emailing the support team, they say it takes time... i sent an email and made a 3rd case and i haven't gotten a response back from them still. My case status says "In progress". I hope I can get it resolved asap. I sent in like proof of purchase and all the stuff they asked me to send in the automated response they gave me via email. I'd recommend making a case and sending an email and replying to the email with the stuff they ask you to send over.
But it seems like it's going to take a long time to fix? not sure why but it does... I just hope it gets fixed sooner rather than later especially seeing as it is affecting other people too.

Messaged with EA Unhelpful this weekend and they tried to tell me I have a PC account purcased through Xbox Ultimate Pass for an Xbox. Smh. And thats the reason I haven't gotten rewards. I sent proof that I got a EA Play reward for CFB this month and they haven't responded yet. Xbox refunded me subscription for 3 months becase EA has been so terrible and they wanted to do something for me.
