Errors when trying to edit lineup with Genki Force players

LA_Jay1425 Can you log into the companion app, go into UT and find another player to replace the ones called out and swap them? You can also access your packs there as well.

Can't play any mode in MUT or view lineup

i dont have Genki force players in lineup just the jerseys and i cant replace those on the mobile companion app

EA_Shepardcan't get into MUT to do anything. It shows me the error soon as I ready up to play. 

BakeAndJake , Xbox1 my EA id and gamer tag are the same. When I try and play ultimate team every time I try to change my lineup I get an error saying “Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later.” And then sends me back to madden Home Screen 

Ea name bird1976dog psn camshaft69 ps5 console. I achieved champion 1 for Julius Brents and never received him. When I tried ranked disappeared and a day later new season came online. An extra 95ish  player would be nice  too for the delay. Lol plz fix it. On blood pressure meds now trying to get him. 

Ive taken every Combine player that i had in my lineup out. ive taken Johnny Wilson out before i even messaged here so i had no Genki Force players in the lineup. I still cant get into my lineup builder with out being kicked from the game!!! this is insanity

bird1976dog Went to a meeting on it this morning. Its frustrating for sure but is being worked on still. They have not forgotten about it, we just have to be a bit patient with these kinds of things.

LA_Jay1425 Can you do no leveled or any other special version players. Ive seen some that weren't Genki but that was the main one called out. Can you try from the app and not within the game? 

LA_Jay1425 It isnt just the Genki ones, it is also others. It has to be a very basic team just to get you into the game.
