Errors when trying to edit lineup with Genki Force players
Hey, Folks
We are receiving reports from the community that after the Madden server maintenance, they are not able to connect to MUT modes and are being disconnected from the servers while playing or finishing matches.
Are you getting the following error while connecting to MUT or during/after a match?
Update:
The team found that the majority of the logs examined had one or more of the following similarities, which caused the error when trying to modify the lineup or connect to UT.
1. Genki players playing both sides of your team
2. Some upgraded abilities (known issue) causing the issue
If you are able to access your lineup, generate a new one. If you get an error while doing this, go to your binder and manually change the players.
If you are not able to get into UT or your lineup, log into the Companion app - go into UT - Binder - and manually change them. Remove ANY Genki players and players with upgraded abilities.
Save - log into the game again, and see if you can connect.
