Same here it’s now been a month and I have yet to hear back from anyone at EA on top of that now they just messed up my h2h rewards like this is getting ridiculous with the amount of no support this company is willing to give the customers as they try to automate everything. Have only talked to bot after bot. I hope you have better luck then I do and someone gets back to you
