Glitched Ranked Rewards past 10 am. Got 96 Pearsall, should've gotten 97 card

Hi, Ranked rewards were supposed to end 10am today. I was in HERO Level 3 for 97 Ricky Pearsall card. At around 11 I played a game and it was still recording for the old season when the new season had already started. I lost the game and for some reason this still recorded on the last season. It demoted me from 97 Ricky to 96 Ricky when I was already at the proper level for the 97 Pearsall and the game shouldve stopped recording for last season. To get 97 Ricky I grinded for a week past the 96 level and it is very frustrating for me to put in the effort and not get the proper rewards cause the game glitched. I wanted 97 Ricky cause it was the better overall and I could use it for any theme team. Now im stuck with 96 Pearsall and he only gets Niners. Please help
