Yes it happened to me and I been signed up for beta and never got my code.

you can find it in "house rules".

I did not receive and of the rest of the promotion from going flawless in Gridiron Showdown,  just my token. But I do understand things happen.

where do i find the gridiron showdown game mode?  i don’t see it in my head to head lists
