Summarize your bug My RP & Ranking home screen does not update. Leaderboard shows correct point total and record. Currently stuck at Bronze 1 and not changing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at online head to head home screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time i log in it is visible.
What do you expect to see? For my RP & Ranking to be updated.

ea needs to get it together!!!! how do lose ranking points for winning? Cant even see your overall record smh !!!! Also ea needs to bring back where you can see your last opponents record after the game is played!!!! Ea released a game thats not even ready smh ea needs to discount everyone who bought maddden 25 its broken with bugs they dont even show correct plays ran after the playcall #classactionlawsuit ea ripped off people bought maddden 25 released an unfinished game we paid our $ for!!!! #madden25 it out the game #maddden25isnotfun

Mut 25 not recording stats for Head 2 Head and Squads on PS4. Why have a game that doesn't keep stats. We already got left out of ranked Session 1 players like 89 Ed Reed and others. Mut 25 LeaderBoard only show stats from Online Head 2 Head games. Why are Mut game stats no longer being recorded. Everyone on PS4 should be given make right for the inconvenience. Stats have not been visible since early September. This is horrible service for the money we pay to play Mut 25. If you file a case you are told to be patient. But it's going on a month and a half with no make rights. Just us getting horrible service for our money. Also I was due 3 rookie tokens and only received 2 rookie premiere tokens. Has anyone else not received all of their rookie premiere tokens???? THIS IS CRAZY FOR A $100 GAME!!!!
Facts! I won over 15 games and lost 2 points per game. This is the kicker when you lose, -65 points. I can't even get pass Bronze. Before the season reset, I was at Champion III. Come on EA! Yall gotta do better.
