H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank
idk what to do everything works in mut except h2h ranked please help

Taking a look specifically into the H2H leaderboards not updating and or showing incorrect rankings for players.
What I need from you is the following info as soon as you can
Product: Madden NFL 25
Platform:
Please specify your platform model.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?
Date/time issue occurred
What type of issue do you have?
Which mode has this happened in? Online head-to-head Champs, etc. Please be specific about which mode you are playing.
Summarize your bug
How often does the bug occur?
What happens when the bug occurs?

What type of issue do you have? Lose RP when I win and am stuck on bronze 2 at 28-4

The problem hasn’t been corrected in the slightest. Still receiving negative points on games that I win and go to conclusion. Guys and gals, please get in a room or on a zoom call and handle this. You are EA sports, this is like NIKE not having shoelaces for 2 weeks. Let’s go! I believe in you. lol.
Just won another game 28-7, this time the game had an error and crashed as soon as I got back to the menu, opened the game back up and what do you know, go from 1590 down to 1554. Then I will win my next game, go to 1590, win the game after that and go down to 1554. What’s the point. We all deserve a refund cause this is insane

Quick mini update. There was a fix for H2H but it didn't fix everything. We have a few threads sent up to look at again.
We got more eyes on it. Once we get more updates, we will let you know!
