H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank
idk what to do everything works in mut except h2h ranked please help

Quick mini update. There was a fix for H2H but it didn't fix everything. We have a few threads sent up to look at again.
We got more eyes on it. Once we get more updates, we will let you know!

- EA_ShepardHi @Anonymous, I do yes. If it were something we could fix here, we would be all over it. This is sadly not something basic troubleshooting will fix as it is a game issue and not just an issue with connection, or corrupted files.
How do we go about getting a refund then? It’s the only game mode I play and it been unplayable going on 2 weeks I’ll never buy another madden I promise yall lost me this year

Summarize your bug: No Leaderboards. Can't Rank Up.
How often does the bug occur? 100% of time beginning 10/1/24
What happens when the bug occurs? I lose RP and can't get promoted. Stuck at Bronze. No leaderboards.Online H2H quick matches are the sole reason I buy Madden.
@EA_Shepard Any updates on this issue? Any timeline on a new update/patch? Thanks.

@EA_IlliumDude its been a constant for over a week.. u guys seem are a multi million dollar game producer we expect more.. season 1 was fine and u went and messsed that all up.
So now rankings have updated, when I go to my division it has a top 100 rankings, but there is someone who is 14-10 with 2222 ranking points…I’m 34-6 with 1485. Make it make sense? I’m still running into this issue
