Community ManagerHi @Anonymous, I do yes. If it were something we could fix here, we would be all over it. This is sadly not something basic troubleshooting will fix as it is a game issue and not just an issue with connection, or corrupted files.
How do we go about getting a refund then? It’s the only game mode I play and it been unplayable going on 2 weeks I’ll never buy another madden I promise yall lost me this year

What type of issue do you have? Rp points drop after every win and loss. No leaderboards.

Summarize your bug: No Leaderboards. Can't Rank Up.
How often does the bug occur? 100% of time beginning 10/1/24
What happens when the bug occurs? I lose RP and can't get promoted. Stuck at Bronze. No leaderboards.Online H2H quick matches are the sole reason I buy Madden.
@EA_Shepard Any updates on this issue? Any timeline on a new update/patch? Thanks.
