Summarize your bug My RP & Ranking home screen does not update. Leaderboard shows correct point total and record. Currently stuck at Bronze 1 and not changing.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at online head to head home screen.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every time i log in it is visible.
What do you expect to see? For my RP & Ranking to be updated.

My RP & Ranking home screen does not update. Leaderboard shows correct point total and record. Currently stuck at Bronze 1 and not changing.
Online H2H Franchise won’t allow us to play user vs user games. When we attempt to play the game it doesn’t sync us and then sends a game invite to the other user. When we attempt to join the session from the invite it won’t connect us and giving an error message stating that one of the users is not on the most updated version of the game and needs to download the most updated version. However we’ve all downloaded the most recent version of Madden 25. We simmed through that week and tried again and all user vs user games had the same issue. This has been going on for 2 weeks now. Since the last update. Please fix this issue as we have been unable to play our online h2h franchise due to the games being too important to sim at this point.
