H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank

Hello, 

I understand things were supposed to be reset from season 1 to season 2. At the start of season 2 only record, division and ranking points on the Home Screen were reset. Ranking points on the leaderboards were not. No one can get past bronze 1. This glitch is debilitating. I play tonight win my first game it doesn’t show up in the last 10. I was 15-0 this “season” then I play a second game tonight get credited with the win and improve to bronze 2 and it ends my season. Now I have placement games for the second time this “season” I also can’t see any friends stats or top 100 any more. What is happening? Can I get an update that EA is aware and working on a resolution? 

In Mut it want let me do any kind of h2h. Ranked says restricted, and regular season just sits in queue and want ever find a match ive sat and let it went for 30 mins and than again for over an hour and cant find a match. ive played 2 games last weekend but since than it want let me play any kind of h2h games.. ive spent money and now cant play any h2h match making. any way to find a fix or just refund my money? missing out on rewards and everything with not being able to play.

I'm having the same problem & it's happened twice now! I was just playing a guy & he went down 3 TD's. Instead of pausing & conceding, they're just quiting by backing out of the whole game, taking a DNF. My record has been wiped twice now! SMH... So don't play a guy who's gamer tag is

Summarize your bug I am currently in Legend rank for Head 2 Head regular seasons and I am not receiving the coins for wins/losses. The rewards screen shows 3000 coins for wins, 1000 for loss but I am not receiving them.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play a head 2 head match in regular seasons
What happens when the bug occurs? No coins received
What do you expect to see? 3000 coins per win 1000 per loss

As stated in the form I am not receiving coins per win or loss in head 2 head regular seasons.

Been glitchy since ‘new season’ but today my entire season reset and now after a win the meter hardly moves but if i lose i drop a whole division? Cannot see record and leaderboards unavailable. 

how many f-ups can one company and game have? You guys cannot add a patch without adding more problems. How about getting rid of this ripped off tier and season format for online h2h. Do what you normally do and just copy and paste the previous years format. Nobody asked for this. 

Yep..same happened.. i was reset to 1485 points and i won a few games , was up to 1650 and i lost it took 102 points from me..this game is broken and needs serious help.. makes me not even want to play..cant even hear my opponent talking [removed] either

I’m playing Madden 25 online, and every now and then, after I win, my RP goes down. How does that make sense? I win but still lose ranking points—how am I supposed to rank up if I drop after winning? Also, why do you restart the leaderboard every 30 days? That takes away the point of maintaining a good record since it just resets every month. Did some kid’s mom call in and complain because little Ricky feels bad about his terrible record? Come on, Madden! Fix these issues and make the game great again. And one more thing, can you bring back the classic kicking system? What room was your team in when they thought these changes were good?! Please fix this!
