H2H Leaderboard Not Updating Rank

You nailed it my friend! Strategy based on opponent, HMMMM, what football team doesn’t base their strategy by opponent. LMAO. EA, just ask your Top players what to do. You guys aren’t doing it right?

Taking a look specifically into the H2H leaderboards not updating and or showing incorrect rankings for players.

What I need from you is the following info as soon as you can

Wanted to jump in on the H2H issues reported by the community. I need to clarify some info as there seems to be a mixture of issues happening.

This is what I need from you! I need everyone to fill this out and be real specific so I can get your issue on the right thread. 

Product: Madden NFL 25
Platform:
Please specify your platform model. 
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? 
Date/time issue occurred?
What type of issue do you have? 
Which mode has this happened in? Online head-to-head Champs, etc. Please be specific about which mode you are playing.
Summarize your bug 
How often does the bug occur? 
What happens when the bug occurs?

@EA_Shepard given the amount of people on thread wouldn’t it be easier for you to relay message? It spans all platforms and is for online h2h. Records, leaderboards say no information available. When you win your ranking sometimes goes down and at best barely moves up. When you lose it often goes down an entire division. Fairly certain everyone here would say this exactly

Also jersey selections still do not work. Since launch btw. Online h2h and all platforms.  

@KsiZzler00 In some cases yes. But, when we report these they require that info for reporting so we cannot always just relay the information over because the end up asking for that. Plus a lot of players have different issues that may seem similar or cause similar issues in game.
