h2h ranked bugged again

I was at 3222rp in ranked h2h and never got Ryan leaf every time h2h resets I never get right rewards this is  the 3rd time in a row I have not got the right rewards I always have to contact ea helps and they are absoulely no help as I still have not got my 99 minkah this is getting ridiculous now
