Stuck on champion 3 with 3198 RP when on the leaderboard I have 3280 RP

Hello! Currently have almost 3600 RP which puts me well into the top 100 division (although I am currently ranked 269). It shows I am Champion 3 instead of top 100. its been going back and forth between top 100 & champion 3 for almost two weeks now & honestly just worried I won’t get the Chris Johnson top 100 card as it’s probably going to the best running back for a while. The top 100 aquib talon CB card from last season top 100 is extremely good & I am really looking forward to using CJ2K. Anyone else running into this issue or know of a way to fix?

They never responded, probably wont do anything about it
First off EA is a joke. I've opened 3 cases for two weeks about this issue. So it's been known without any fix from EA help. They don't plan on fixing it. I spoke with advisors and didn't recieve anything solution.
