Stuck on champion 3 with 3198 RP when on the leaderboard I have 3280 RP

I should have had 3210 RP points at the end of the season, it even had it listed at 3210 in the leaderboard but after hitting 3180 something it never counted another win after that. I received Jordan Fuller instead of Chris Johnson which is the WRONG reward.

I should have absolutely been in the 3200 tier and recieved Jordan Fuller instead of Chris Johnson
You can even see in this picture that it has me amongst 3200 Top tier players but my reward level is stuck at champion
I play on console ps5…PSN Just_CL Ea Account ThatboyCL…MUT Ranked rewards are broken I know there is a lot of ppl who didn’t get their top 100 card there are ppl with 4000 points and didn’t receive their player EA has to be the one to fix it Idk how they don’t be knowing on with the game I made a complaint Monday morning once I reached 3284 points and my ranked mode still said champion
