Have not received dump rewards during mcs twitch

Was trying to figure out who to contact or how to go about receiving my rewards . I’ve checked the drops tab on my twitch, nothing pops up regarding the dump I was supposed to get. Also checked whispers and notifications, nothing. I have a screen recording of the live, and I have also contacted twitch. Any help on who to contact or link to appropriate site
