Today I logged in, didn’t receive my Genki promo pack that everyone gets, and then did a 96 Patrick Surtain II set and my game bugged out and I didn’t receive that, both times when I’ve contacted support I’ve been told to wait and it’s a server issue, if anyone knows how to fix let me know!
Community Managerlamborghini1217 Hey, so since this just happen, there is no "fix" besides waiting. Typically logging out and back in, playing some games where you get rewards pushes it through, but there can always be delays in those packs. As for the rewards, its all server side so its there, you just may not see it on your end yet. Again, unfortunately it is a waiting game. Once the servers play catch up and sync everyone's account, and they don't show up, let us know and we can alert the team but support would be the ones who have to grant rewards if they need to be granted.

Community Managerlamborghini1217 Being that it is a promo pack, you as the player have to wait about 24 hours at the most before we can start looking into it. Any reports before that they will say have them wait.
